With our Professional Services pathway, students learn the same skills and knowledge as the standard Diploma in Professional Marketing but with a professional services twist to suit their industry. Students receive a specialist textbook and additional tutor, who is an expert in dealing with marketing for the sector. This course is offered in partnership with the Professional Services Marketing Group (PSMG).

Entry criteria and support

In order to take this course, you need to have:
  • A Marketing or Business degree with a minimum of 50% of credits in Marketing; or,
  • 4+ years’ marketing experience

  • Assess the elements of brand strategy
  • Understand the factors that drive brand identity and success
  • Develop a brand plan to deliver the brand strategy
  • Apply a range of techniques to manage the resources to deliver the brand plan
  • Interpret brand metrics and adapt the brand plan for continuous improvement
